Assumptions:
- Floss is always cut in 21" lengths (this gives 15 segments per skein)
- You stitch Danish style (make all / before completing the crosses with the \)
- You do not carry floss over more than 4 skipped stitches
- Starting and ending anchors use 1/2" of floss
- You anchor and discard tail when floss is down to 3 1/2" long
You do not have to stitch this way but you may need a little more or less floss depending on what variations you make.
