No I haven't but I would worry that my leg would go numb with it sitting under my thigh for hours.....lol....

The lap stand I had was not a sit-on, it was just two legs that you attached to either side of your scroll rod. Depending on the width of the project, it could tend to limit your seating options - none of my projects would fit in a chair, that's for sure Smile
