I have posted pictures of three of my completed projects at http://picasaweb.google.com/cedavis1941

Currently, I am working on Van Gogh's Starry Night , which my younger daughter picked out. Now she is afraid she will change her decor before I finish it. I am almost half way and expect it to take me another 18 months to complete.

How much time would the Renoir have taken to stitch ?

Trudie,

Thanks. I don't know in hours how long the Renior took, but it was about 2 and half years, as was the Munter. I stitch 10-12 hours a week on average and usually work on only two projects at a time--a complicated one like an SQ and my travel project which is usually much simpler. I thought I would stitch more after I retired, but golf and grandkids get in the way.

Lovely work - love the quilt design! Sorry about the fire, but glad your work was spared!

I love Starry Night - you should post a WIP picture of it!!

if you look at the notes by the pictures there's a comment about one being saved from a fire because he had it at the time in a show & another one going to hung in the house after the fire repair is completed.

Thanks. I did see that there were notes with the pics, but for some reason only the first few words showed up of each in my browser.
