Lady & Unicorn - top row DONE!     Reply with quote

Finally after more than 3 years, I finished the top row of pages on L&U!!!

I just passed the 3rd anniversary of L&U in June, though I roughly guessed that I have only worked on it maybe 34 weeks out of the last 3 years, so about 8 1/2 months altogether, if I was able to work on only this. Not bad for having 27,030+ stitches completed (I suspect I actually have over 28K done)! I hope the next row of pages goes considerably quicker Smile Here is my update, on Multiply and Blogger both (though the pics are all linked to Multiply):

This update also includes the other 3 things I worked on last week Smile

We do love our progress. Good job! I got done with the first page of my daughter's unicorn a couple of weeks ago, going to send Meredith a pic tonight. Keep stitching!

Very good! How many more page rows are there?
(Read what you posted on multiply... what's MTM?)

There are 3 more full rows, and then the 5th row is only about 30 rows or so....

MTM = Chatelaine Medieval Town Mandala (one of the 3 Chatelaines I have going at this moment in time). You can see the model and my last update here:

Right now, this is my favorite project EVER!!!

Thanks for looking at L&U! I can't believe I finally got to the end of Row 1!!! Too bad that unicorn doesn't show up, in his entirety, until Row 3... Rolling Eyes I have a sneaking suspicion his horn is going to be a PITA in Row 2 - lotsa confetti around that skinny thing Smile

Oh yeah - I fixed it. The first link was for European cross Stitch, and they just last week revamped the entire Chatelaine section of their site, as they have taken over the distribution of all non-mystery charts from the Designer, Martina Weber. So now you can get the chart AND kit together.
