Going to Mary Maxim's in Paris     Reply with quote

Hi,
I am planning on going to the Mary Maxim outlet store in Paris in the next couple of weeks. My Scarlet Quince pattern is becoming too large for an embroidary hoop, so I thought I would get some sort of floor stand for crosstitch. I have been looking online and there is a dizzying array of products out there. If anyone has any tips on which product or kind of product they use that accomadates varied pattern sizes I would really appreciate it.

Thank-you, Confused

Oh how I used to love going to Mary Maxim in Paris Ontario. don't get there much now as I have moved farther away. My daughter has a stand that she is putting in our upcoming garag sale. I could sent pictures if you want. Would you tell me where you live? I am in Gravenhurst Muskoka. You can use my email if you wish phprince@bell.net

of course, I had to google it because I thought you meant Paris France (where I live) and having never hear of that I was very intrigued.

Anyway, it looks like you're going to have a fun time there - looks like a great place to stock up on all sorts of stitching things.

cheers,

cecilia
