I know I won't get an opportunity later this week, so Merry Christmas to everyone and especially to Meredith as, thanks to her hard work, we have had such a splendid stitching year.
Best wishes to all.

What a great site! I've just discovered this and am enjoying it so much. i have a question and I hope someone can help me. I did "Fair Face of a Woman" on 28 over two by a different company. I've now done some cross stitch on 25 over one and love how it looks. I'd like to do this same picture using the SQ pattern (i've just received it) but with all the blended threads, do you think 25 evenweave would be okay? I want to enjoy cross stitching so I'd be willing to go larger.
I hope I get an answer SOON and I can't wait to get started stitching!!!
Merry Christmas to everyone

Happy Holidays to all, and happy stitching for 2012!
Xstitcher, I have done an SQ on 22 count, but it got to be tight in places. Frogging was also tough. If you're going to use evenweave, it may be easier as that fabric is a little softer and gives more. Either way, you could always start and see how you like it! It does look great on a smaller count. I'm working on 20 count jobelan right now on a blended piece, and so far its working well.

Thanks so much for your input. I think I'll start with 18 count and go on from there.
Happy Holidays to you and all the wonderful people on this site. I'm so grateful I found it.
