Since no one has posted anything yet this year, I get the honor of being the first poster this year. Yay, me!
Has anyone else noticed that they've had to re-log in to sites that you had bookmarked to avoid logging in? Guess a bunch of cookies expired with 2007.

I noticed that I had to log in to a bunch of stuff, but didn't make the connection with the year ending - give me a couple of days off, and I have no sense of what day it is
So, has anybody had their first finish for 2008 yet??? We are, after all, 4 days in And to answer your question, no, not me, either...

No finishes, but I am determined to do a big chunk of 'The Young Gardener' this year, if not finish it.

My road to insanity will surely be paved with good intentions I am "planning" to have a finish mid-March, unless I can somehow manage it sooner. And only 50 things clammering for that spot in my rotation. And to keep on trucking on the next 10% of my Lady & Unicorn....

Well, with good intentions, that's always a good start to finish a pattern. My trouble is that I like to start new ones but to finish it in one go is not my strongest point. Result is that there are number of unfinished patterns. So I never promise myself to finish this or that but just go along with what I feel like.
By the way saw your latest update from the Lady and the unicorn,(from about a month ago)and it's looking good girl!

Thanks - it is this week's project, assuming I have brain power left after work - the first full week back after the holidays always bites - it's so longggggg. But hopefully I'll make a decent dent in the remains of page 2! Who knows, might even need to carry over a couple onto Page 3 Or, if I'm totally brain dead, I've been commissioned to do a couple of bookmarks for my boys - or any number of other things I need to work on, including using my new sewing machine for the first time. Been too busy stitching, you know?

We start the week with sunday being the first day, just like your monday today. And you're right after all those holidays you've all had, it must be difficult
But I see that you have a lot of plans mapped out and want to wish you good luck with it. Did the boys ask for the bookmarks, did they see something they liked? Enjoy your new sewing machine.Always nice to try something new. And hope the week passes quickly
