Hello,

I just recently got my first sq pattern. I ordered My Sweet Rose by Waterhouse. I have been stitching for about 5 or 6 years now, but it is my first time using blended threads. I have been very curious about that method.

I will have to put it on hold for a little while because I need to finish stitching some gifts first.

If you want to see some of my completed projects you can look here:

<chorus> Hi, Karen!

Kitty, Nice work!

I especially like "The Kiss" bookmark. Is that a bookmark pattern, or just part of a larger pattern?

Hello!

The "Kiss" bookmark is a bookmark pattern from www.artofstitching.com but it is also a full size pattern too. I just finished it this week.

I too am a stitch maniac!

Hi Kitty and welcome to SQ- I think you've picked a really nice pattern, should be fun! Your other work is very beautiful too, I'm very impressed with the picture you did when you were only eight!
Don't worry about these two clowns, they just go silly when they get a needle in their hands!
My name's Alanna by the way, and I shall never recover from what stitching has done to me! Razz
