Well one month later and one more page done:

Thats after 316 total hours of work. It took me a month for this one, and that's just about as fast as I can go. I hope I can keep this pace up. To see the total picture:

I don't have much to go now Wink
On to page 6.... (That's the fourth page)....

I have to say that this is a very pretty piece and I just hope I will be able to do something this pretty in the near future. I have order the little girl holding a watering pail. I have always loved this piece. Keep the great work!

Wow, Sara, that is looking amazing!!!! You have made fantastic progress, I'm just in awe! And an average of 25 hours stitching a week is just phenomenal- you must never leave the house!! Your friends must have forgotten what you look like! You're a stitching fiend!! Very Happy

What can I say? I'm obsessed. I do this next to my full time job, so friends? What friends? Ha! I guess it helps I don't like going out or something, so this is my main hobby Very Happy

So my question is where you will put your wonderful piece when it's completed. I envy people with large wall space but I guess the trade off is good since it gives my active kids plenty of running around room. Very Happy

That's the beauty of an extremely long term project. By the time I have finished this piece I hope to be living somewhere else, so it is a problem for then. But if every wall space is taken, I guess above our bed is always a good space. I do already have the promise of my partner that we will frame and hang this piece. Smile

Hi all - I'm another Australian, I've been working on SQ's Souls being Received into the Heavenly Paradise by Edward Burne-Jones since early this year. I've got a picture of my work so far that I'll upload over the weekend. I was so excited when I found SQ that I ordered the Burne-Jones and the Unicorn in Captivity at the same time. I LOVE the Lady and the Unicorn tapestries - but I think it's easy to take too big a bite first off!

So this is really just to say hi to all who float around on here, and that I'm really inspired by all the images and WIPs. I'm looking forward to adding more of my own as I (slowly) stitch along!
