Okay, the computer is complicated!
My progress on "Tea" is on my webpage. Scroll to the bottom and click thru the horse pictures, you'll find it!

Thank you! I'm not as fast as most, but I work on it all the time. Its an easy pattern and colors are very rich. Also it starts to look like something pretty quickly Laughing

The colours are so pretty and you have done 2 pages, that's fantastic.

Thanks! The background is going fast, but the dress takes forever. I got five hours in today and only got a three inch long narrow band done. The colors change every other stitch. Sometimes I get frozen by symbol overload! (Where to start!?) Very worth it though!

I had "Vertumnus & Pomona' on my wish list for two months and just ordered it. I must be crazy! I intended to go back to my Williamsburg Colonial Capital cross stitch after I got 'Tea' finished! So much for that plan! Does anyone here have three lifetimes worth of SQ patterns in a drawer? i'm trying to avoid that or i'll have to write them into my will! Rolling Eyes

Well, there's a name for that condition, so you clearly aren't the only one. SABLE - Stash Accumulation Beyond Life Expectancy. As for me, I'm taking it all with me, unless one of the boys marries a stitcher that I like...

IF I bought all of the Lady & Unicorn charts, then I would be well past SABLE, as long as #1 is taking me Smile But as I have Chatelaines and Long Dogs and Ink Circles in there, too, if I'm not SABLE now, I am damn close Shocked And I'm waiting for a DMC sale when I actually have money - which would be June - when soccer is over for a month and before I have to buy school stuff - so I can kit out my Waterlilies that I WILL NOT START ANYTIME SOON (I just like the reassurance of having things kitted and ready to go Cool ).

Though I am tempted, next time Meredith has a sale, to buy this one, just so I know that I have it: http://tinyurl.com/5kp83e
This one is probably much more realistic: http://tinyurl.com/cl4aay

Of course, if money were no object (or the kids decided food just wasn't for them anymore), you know I'd have them all. And Vikki Clayton has the entire DMC line converted to her silks now - see how much trouble I could be in if I tried????? Good thing we don't have credit cards.... Twisted Evil
