Texas Resale Certificate

If you are in Texas, we are required to collect sales tax from you unless we have "properly documented" evidence that you will be reselling the patterns. The resale certificate is the proof acceptable to the state that a taxable item was purchased for resale. A blanket resale certificate is acceptable, indicating that all purchases will be for resale.
