Cardinal Grosbeak - John James Audubon AUD015 pattern info
Elizabeth McLoughlin
36-count antique white Zweigart (Edinborough) linen
October 28, 2013 “Here is a photo of the beginning of the next project - Audubon's Cardinals. I've used Zweigart (Edinborough) linen, antique white, 36 count. Notice I'm now protecting the roller ends of the canvas with some t-shirt material. The t-shirt had holes which made it unwearable but I liked the pattern enough to look at it whenever I stitch. I made the covers with the t-shirt material cut for use, created the drawstring pouch with fabric tape, through which I threaded some narrow elastic string. It's working like a charm. Again, thanks for the patterns. They are a delight to stitch.”
