Dear stitching friends,
The BIG news this month is that large print patterns are here! The grid and symbols are about 50% larger than the regular print patterns (which are still available). Our test panel of one, who usually squints at anything we ask him to read and says “I can’t see that”, says these are definitely easy to read.

Here is an image to give you an idea of the relative sizes. These samples are actual size IF your computer monitor is similar to ours. Yes, the symbols are blurry on the screen - its resolution is less than 1/6 that of the printed charts.

Large-print and regular chart comparision

To get an idea of the printed quality of the charts, we encourage you to download our free pattern in either regular size print or large print (or both!). Just go to the member services page and enter your email address to get to the download page. (Then print the pattern at your best resolution.)

We have more gallery updates! This time, we have "Heliodore's Woodstar with Pink Orchid (detail)", "Merry Old Santa Claus", and "On the Cache La Poudre, Colorado" (in progress). A big thank you to the folks who took the time to send those pictures - we all appreciate it.
