Carnival Evening - Henri Rousseau

Counted Cross Stitch Pattern

A couple arm in arm on their way to Carnival. He is dressed as Pierrot, and she as Columbine. The sun has set but the red tints of sunset still show in the sky along with a full moon, a few stars, and a couple of stray clouds. They are in front of a dense line of trees, and a small pavilion is on the left. (Post-Impressionist, 1886)
