How our shopping cart works and what happens when you check out.
When you see an item you want to purchase, first select what you are going to order. First, you have a choice of printed or electronic patterns (emailed PDF). If you want a printed pattern, make sure the "Printed" button is depressed (and "Electronic" if you want an electronic pattern). You also have a choice of large print or regular print patterns, and you can get them with or without floss labels (and you can also order just floss labels if you already have the pattern). There are links below the options to give you more information about print sizes and floss labels. Click the items you want, then click the "add to cart" link or the shopping cart icon.
The item(s) are added to your cart and you are shown a summary of the cart contents with the current total.
To continue browsing patterns, click the "Go back" button. Click "Check out now" to complete your
If you want more than one of a pattern, or multiple sets of floss labels, just change the quantity box and click the "Recalculate" button.
To remove a pattern from the cart, change the quantity to 0 and click "Recalculate".
We ship via the US Postal Service. You can select the class of postage you want to use from
the rates that apply to your order (these depend on weight and destination). The price and estimated
shipping time is shown for each rate. We must add 6% sales tax to orders shipped to Pennsylvania.
You can find out how much the shipping and handling charges will be for the items in your cart by filling
in your location (country) and zip code if you are in the US. Sales tax will also be calculated for orders
going to Pennsylvania if you give a zip code in Pennsylvania. Click the "Recalculate" button after you have entered
your location information.
The order form is organized into 3 or 4 pages. First we ask for your mailing address and your email address
(so we can send you a confirmation message). Next, you select your payment method.

Finally, we'll show you a
confirmation screen with the details of your order and the charges, your shipping data,
payment options, and any special instructions you gave.
You can confirm, cancel the order, or go back and
change anything you want to.
If you are ordering electronic patterns, there are a few conditions you'll be asked to confirm that you understand (no refunds, patterns are watermarked, no sharing, and patterns will be sent within 24 hours, not instantly). You must check each condition to indicate you accept it.
If you are paying by credit card, you'll have another page from our secure store where you
will enter your credit card number and billing address. If you are paying via PayPal, you'll be taken to PayPal to confirm your payment.
We’ll send you an email summarizing the order and giving
instructions on paying, if you have not paid by credit card or PayPay.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, and JCB from almost every country in the world. After you complete our checkout process,
you'll be taken to a secure page to enter your credit card data.
We will give you our mailing address in our confirming email. We will hold
your patterns until your check clears, usually about 1-2 days. We can only accept checks drawn on US banks. If you are outside the US and want to mail your payment, you will need to get a money order from your bank made out in US dollars.

in US dollars. International buyers
can usually get a money order made out in US dollars at their banks, or send money electronically from a Western Union
or MoneyGram location.
PayPal allows you to pay electronically (US banks only)
or by credit card. Making a payment is free. After you complete our checkout process, you'll be taken to
PayPal where you can sign in and pay from your account, or pay with a credit card whether you are a PayPal member
You can choose to
transfer money from your PayPal account, if you have money deposited there,
use an e-check on a US bank account, or pay with a credit
card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, and EnRoute). PayPal transactions are secure, which means that
you can safely give your credit card or bank account number. Please note that there is a waiting period for e-checks
just as there is for paper checks.
We will ship your patterns as soon as we receive word from PayPal that you have
paid. We do accept international PayPal payments. Visit PayPal for more information including a list of the countries they support.
Some people prefer not to give personal information online. If you don’t want to use
the online checkout process, you can gather the items you want to purchase in the shopping cart, then print
an order form for those items that you can mail or fax to us. (Click the "Printable order form" button on the
shopping cart page.) All the
information you need is on the order form.
You can also call us toll free to order. Please note that credit card processing regulations prohibit us taking your credit card number over the phone. We will take your order, then email you a secure invoice to pay. Our phone number is (888) 469-1374 or (512) 861-7699. Please have the

As we are a small business, the phone is not answered 24 hours a day. The best time
