A view of two sycamore trees at the edge of a pond on a late summer day. The pond is dappled with water lilies and the trees cast a deep shadow over part of it. On the far side is a small hill with more trees casting deep blue shadows on the grass. The bright blue sky is glimpsed through the leaves. (1915)
