		Stitched by Herta-Irena Zorskiene, Vilnius, Lithuania on 18-count aida March 23, 2014 “Cross stitched by my mother, Herta-Irena Zorskiene, of Vilnius, Lithuania. The finished piece measures 10" x 19" (25.4 cm x 48.3 cm) before framing. It consists of 59,986 stitches on 18 count aida and uses 110 colors. The detail is quite intricate and the colors are absolutely beautiful. It took my mother 5 months to complete this project, working mostly full time on it. By the way, Mom is 84 years old! I can only hope my projects turn out half as well as hers when I'm her age.”
